I had my bone density scan on 12/24 and was diagnosed with Osteopenia. I watched a video from Barbara O'Neill and she explained that your bones are made up of 12 minerals and 64 trace (calcium, boron, chromium, iron, magnesium, manganese, selenium, silica, Sulphur, potassium, phosphorus and zinc). Started doing my research and found Ocean Essence. Began taking Ocean Essence. I had my follow up bone density scan on 06/26 and my doctor told me everything looks good, my spine and hips are normal and said "whatever you are doing, to continue doing it." Thank you!
I have been taking Ocean Essence for two years. I have a Dexa scan coming up. Anxious to see if my osteoporosis has improved.
I started using it after I had a fracture in my sacrum and learned I have osteopenia. I was happy to find this product after a lot of research.

It seems very digestible. I won't have another bone density test until January, so will have to see if there is improvement in my bone density scan.

I wanted to give this product 16 months to see actual test results. My Dexa went from osteoporosis ( Jan, 2025 but diagnosed in 2018) back to osteopenia (Dexa May, 2026) on ALL bone measures (spine hip etc.) The very first change in my symptoms happened last year within months of taking this supplement when my right hip stopped hurting. Along with taking this daily supplement during this time I started lifting ten pound weights up and down in each hand over my head every day...finally got up to 30 lifts. I do this 4-6 times per week. I was certainly lifting heavy things (moving etc) before 2018 so that along did not do it; furthermore two other "bone" supplements that I tried before 2018 and since absolutely did not make a difference. I am thrilled with the results; this is proof for me. THANK you!!
This product, combined with the calcium has brought my osteoporosis numbers back to osteopenia. My only suggestion to improve the packaging is use less plastic.
Ocean Essence calcium tablets are working. I had a great increase in my bone density on my last scan in May. I’m 80 now, live in the mountains and hike and ski on a regular basis. My husband is also taking this now. So is a friend to whom I recommended it. My doctor was very, very pleased with my results! I will continue taking Ocean Essence!
After 2 years of taking Ocean Essence, I just got the results from my latest Dexa Scan. The doctor was amazed— I had a 4% increase in my bone density! The proof is in my last Dexa. It is working. I have gained bone. The is an important part of my osteoporosis routine…I had tried several other calcium supplements, but OceanEssence did not hurt my stomach.
I am a 63 yo woman. i was diagnosed with osteoporosis in my right femur in February 2025. I decided to go in search for something more natural to try before doing what was recommended by the doctor. i have finally gotten my results back from my new scan. i have been downgraded to osteopenia. I will continue to take the Ocean Essence and work out with weights and whatever else to help bring my bone density back if able to a more normal level. i would recommend this product to anyone who has concerns about their BD or if you have been diagnosed and what to try a more natural route.
I tried this after researching calcium. Found out the calcium I was taking was worthless! Tried Total Bone Suppor and it's been oven 6 months and it seems to help my Osteoporosis. My leg bones dont hurt as much!
Have used now for a year and it seems to be working. Will continue the use. Highly recommend

It is nice that it only takes one scoop. It dissolves easily and has no taste which makes it very palatable. My nails and hair are looking great. I love their calcium product which increased my bone density so I am looking forward to an even better as an next time.
My husband and I have been taking this supplement for about a year. I had a bone density test done and my osteopenia has actually improved slightly. Can't wait to see if my husband receives the same results! I just wish it wasn't so pricey

I have osteoporosis, and I feel that my thinning bones are a bit stronger when taking Ocean Essence. However, at 81, one has to be extremely careful as I learned a month ago when someone gave me a very tight bear hug, resulting in a cracked rib! Thanks to Ocean Essence, it is healing more quickly.
I like OceanEssence, but some unforseen circumstances I have to cancel my subscription. I will recommend it to my friends. I want to thank you, especially Hann, for the excellent customer service.
