I’m taking this instead of separate calcium/, vitamin C, vitamins, and vitamin K. So that’s helpful! My only gripe is that about 40% of the capsules are underfilled. You can see the big air space. So sometimes I take 3 instead of 2. But that’s sloppy lab work. Or dishonest.
I started taking Ocean Essence after I fractured my sacrum a few years ago. I’m very pleased with the results!

My finger nails are the strongest ever and my hair is thick and healthy. hoping my bones are improving the same. won't know until my next bone scan.
I have been taking total bone support for over a year and am very happy with the results. My hip joints no longer hurt and my bone density numbers improved slightly so I'm excited to get retested next year. Hopefully this trend will continue.

I have only used the bone support for about a month so I cant really say if it has had any impact on my bone density or not. I dont have a scan scheduled until next year. I plan on purchasing it again tho to see if it will help keep bones healthy.

I was diagnosed with osteoporosis about 6 months ago. I decided to try Ocean Essence collagen peptides. I use a scoop in my coffee every morning. There is no taste and it dissolves quickly. I wish you made packets so when I travel I can throw it in my bag for convenience. Thank you!
The collagen dissolves in the water easily and the pill is small enough to swallow effortlessly.

I feel confident that with changes in my diet and exercise along with Ocean Essence my DEXA scans next year will be a lot better. We will have to wait and see!
So far, so good. My next Dexa will be the true indicator.

I had my bone density scan on 12/24 and was diagnosed with Osteopenia. I watched a video from Barbara O'Neill and she explained that your bones are made up of 12 minerals and 64 trace (calcium, boron, chromium, iron, magnesium, manganese, selenium, silica, Sulphur, potassium, phosphorus and zinc). Started doing my research and found Ocean Essence. Began taking Ocean Essence. I had my follow up bone density scan on 06/26 and my doctor told me everything looks good, my spine and hips are normal and said "whatever you are doing, to continue doing it." Thank you!
I have been taking Ocean Essence for two years. I have a Dexa scan coming up. Anxious to see if my osteoporosis has improved.
I started using it after I had a fracture in my sacrum and learned I have osteopenia. I was happy to find this product after a lot of research.

It seems very digestible. I won't have another bone density test until January, so will have to see if there is improvement in my bone density scan.

I wanted to give this product 16 months to see actual test results. My Dexa went from osteoporosis ( Jan, 2025 but diagnosed in 2018) back to osteopenia (Dexa May, 2026) on ALL bone measures (spine hip etc.) The very first change in my symptoms happened last year within months of taking this supplement when my right hip stopped hurting. Along with taking this daily supplement during this time I started lifting ten pound weights up and down in each hand over my head every day...finally got up to 30 lifts. I do this 4-6 times per week. I was certainly lifting heavy things (moving etc) before 2018 so that along did not do it; furthermore two other "bone" supplements that I tried before 2018 and since absolutely did not make a difference. I am thrilled with the results; this is proof for me. THANK you!!
This product, combined with the calcium has brought my osteoporosis numbers back to osteopenia. My only suggestion to improve the packaging is use less plastic.
Ocean Essence calcium tablets are working. I had a great increase in my bone density on my last scan in May. I’m 80 now, live in the mountains and hike and ski on a regular basis. My husband is also taking this now. So is a friend to whom I recommended it. My doctor was very, very pleased with my results! I will continue taking Ocean Essence!
After 2 years of taking Ocean Essence, I just got the results from my latest Dexa Scan. The doctor was amazed— I had a 4% increase in my bone density! I was at osteopenia before, but it is decreasing now. I’m 80, live in the mountains, ski, and hike on a regular basis. This is so encouraging— my husband now takes it as well. Got my bone density results back and they were very good.
I love having a guideline that is easily accessible to do workouts on my own. It is really good that there are phases according to one’s physical condition.
