Order Processing

  • All orders are prepared within 24 hours.

  • Orders are shipped Monday–Friday only.
    (Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.)

Delivery Time

  • Standard U.S. delivery: 2–5 business days

  • Delivery can occur any day of the week, depending on the carrier.

Shipping times may vary slightly due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak holiday periods.

Shipping Costs

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to follow your delivery.

Lost, Missing, or Delayed Packages

If your package is:

  • Marked delivered but not received

  • Stuck in transit beyond the expected timeframe

  • Appears lost

Damaged Orders

If your package arrives damaged, notify us within 7 days of delivery and we will help fix the issue.
